โข Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance.
โข Develop, implement and execute sales strategies to grow EV taxi usage and corporate transportation contracts.
โข Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners such as corporate customers, hotels, airports, ride-hailing partners, and fleet users.
โข Identify and acquire new B2B, B2G, and strategic partnership clients.
โข Promote EV taxi services highlighting cost efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.
โข Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pricing plans, contract negotiations, and performance reports.
โข Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback and negotiation, and handling close high-value deals.
โข Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to be aligned with KPIs.
โข Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
โข Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field MBA is a plus.
โข 3โ7 years of experience in sales, business development, or key accounts.
โข Background in mobility, travel, logistics, fleet services, or SaaS B2B preferred.
โข Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
โข Experience in B2B sales or key account management.
โข Understanding of transportation, fleet, or mobility services preferred.
โข Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles.
โข Result-oriented and relationship-driven mindset.
โข Comfort working in fast-growing, operationally intensive environments.
