โ€ข Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance.
โ€ข Develop, implement and execute sales strategies to grow EV taxi usage and corporate transportation contracts.
โ€ข Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners such as corporate customers, hotels, airports, ride-hailing partners, and fleet users.
โ€ข Identify and acquire new B2B, B2G, and strategic partnership clients.
โ€ข Promote EV taxi services highlighting cost efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.
โ€ข Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pricing plans, contract negotiations, and performance reports.
โ€ข Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback and negotiation, and handling close high-value deals.
โ€ข Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to be aligned with KPIs.
โ€ข Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
โ€ข Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field MBA is a plus.
โ€ข 3โ€“7 years of experience in sales, business development, or key accounts.
โ€ข Background in mobility, travel, logistics, fleet services, or SaaS B2B preferred.
โ€ข Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
โ€ข Experience in B2B sales or key account management.
โ€ข Understanding of transportation, fleet, or mobility services preferred.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles.
โ€ข Result-oriented and relationship-driven mindset.
โ€ข Comfort working in fast-growing, operationally intensive environments.
