Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and pain points.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, handling inquiries, providing technical and commercial support, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new verticals (e.g., agriculture, logistics, fleet management).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to shape winning sales strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue goals and drive market share growth in IoT solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments—technical, marketing, product development, monitoring, and after-sales support—to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve customer issues promptly and enhance overall customer experience.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutual benefit for both the customer and the company.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and expectations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance analysis to management.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and document key activities.
- Turn satisfied clients into long-term advocates by delivering reliable, impactful solutions.
- Encourage customer referrals, testimonials, and case studies to strengthen the company’s credibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new IoT technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in technology, IoT, or other.
- Proven experience in sales and key account management, preferably in a B2B and B2G
- environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel and meet clients as needed.
