Position - Sales Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,200,000 MMK

Business - IT

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Location - MICT Park

Job Description: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and pain points. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, handling inquiries, providing technical and commercial support, and ensuring satisfaction. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new verticals (e.g., agriculture, logistics, fleet management). 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to shape winning sales strategies. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue goals and drive market share growth in IoT solutions. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments—technical, marketing, product development, monitoring, and after-sales support—to ensure smooth project delivery. 
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve customer issues promptly and enhance overall customer experience. 
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutual benefit for both the customer and the company. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and expectations. 
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance analysis to management. 
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and document key activities. 
  • Turn satisfied clients into long-term advocates by delivering reliable, impactful solutions. 
  • Encourage customer referrals, testimonials, and case studies to strengthen the company’s credibility. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new IoT technologies to maintain a competitive advantage. 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields. 
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in technology, IoT, or other. 
  • Proven experience in sales and key account management, preferably in a B2B and B2G 
  • environment. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. 
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Ability to travel and meet clients as needed.
