Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for consulting services, training programs, and workshops across target industries.
- Identify market opportunities, build prospect pipelines, and ensure consistent business growth.
- Lead, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Work closely with consulting and training teams to design client-specific proposals and solution packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports for CEO.
- Attend networking events, business forums, and industry functions to generate leads and promote the brand.
- Oversee pricing strategies and proposal negotiations.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems for tracking leads, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales direction.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
