Position – Sales & Marketing (Executive to Manager) (M/F – 2 Posts)

Salary – Above 15 Lakhs (Depend on Experiences)

Business – Consumer Electronic

Working Days – Monday to Saturday

Working Hours – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location – Mingalar Taung Nyunt Tsp.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for mobile phone and accessories.

• Manage and expand the distribution network, including authorized dealers, retail partners, and e-commerce platforms.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to launch new product models and oversee in-store visual merchandising.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends in the mobile technology sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and distributors.

• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports to identify areas for growth or improvement.

• Organize and participate in promotional events, roadshows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.

• Provide product training to floor sales assistants and dealer staff to ensure high-quality customer service.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across various sales channels.

• Lead and mentor junior staff members (for Manager level candidates) to foster a high-performing sales culture.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years (for Executive) or 5+ years (for Manager) of experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.

• Strong understanding of the mobile market landscape, including distribution channels and consumer behavior.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Myanmar languages.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for sales tracking and PowerPoint for presentations.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Creative thinking skills with experience in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.

• Strong leadership and team management skills (required for Manager level candidates).
