Position - Sales & Marketing Executive (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 500,000 MMK ~ 800,000 MMK + Rewrads over Performance

Working Days & Hours - 5.5 Days a Week (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM) (Sat/ Sun -Half Day)

Location - Tamwe Township

Job Description: 

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Create and manage marketing campaigns
• Organize and participate in events to promote the college
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance
• Collaborate with the admissions team
• Prepare and present regular reports
• Promote and recruit students to meet sales targets
• Engage in telemarketing and attend to walk-in enquiries
• Participate in marketing activities and educational fairs

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Familiarity with the Myanmar education and international market is a plus.
• Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
