Salary – Negotiation based on Experiences

Business – Logistics  

Working Days – Monday to Friday

Working Hours – 8:30 AM ~ 6:00 PM

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.

• Expand market share by identifying new opportunities, client segments, and strategic partnerships.

• Lead negotiations for major accounts, long-term contracts, and high-value logistics projects.

• Ensure the team achieves both individual and collective sales targets.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire Sales & Marketing Executives to achieve peak performance.

• Build succession planning and talent development programs to strengthen the team’s capability.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training/coaching to address gaps.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and key accounts.

• Ensure service excellence through proactive customer engagement, problem resolution, and solution-driven approaches.

• Oversee customer retention, cross-selling, and up-selling strategies.

• Act as the escalation point for major client concerns and ensure timely resolution.

• Oversee preparation of annual sales budget, forecasts, and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

• Review and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to guide decision-making.

• Ensure CRM and reporting tools are effectively utilized for accurate pipeline management and forecasting.

• Provide senior management with timely market intelligence and business insights.

• Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Integrate customer feedback into service and product improvements.

• Align sales and operational strategies for maximum customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Undertake any other duties assigned by Manager, AGM or GM as required.

• Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure adherence and provide accurate information to customers.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Logistics, or Business Management; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 7 of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role in the logistics sector.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in logistics or related industries.

• Strong leadership with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

• In-depth knowledge of logistics services: Multi-Modal Transport, Dry Port, Warehousing, and Value-Added Services.

• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, P&L, and ROI.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities combined with a results-oriented mindset to drive sustainable business growth.

• High adaptability to market dynamics and regulatory changes.

• Fluent in English; Thai or other regional languages are advantageous.

• Willingness to travel frequently for business.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent sales planning and organizational abilities.

• Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional collaboration.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
