Job Descriptions

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets and increase revenue.

Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Team to ensure departmental goals and KPIs are achieved.

Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for Management.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, showroom events, and digital marketing activities.

Oversee social media marketing and content planning across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers and regular clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.

Manage customer complaints, after-sales service, and overall customer experience.

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.

Manage marketing budgets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements to Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Management will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Retail, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.

Experience in Jewelry, Gems & Gemstones, Luxury Retail, Fashion, or Premium Brands will be highly preferred.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, sales management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and customer relationship management.

Ability to analyze sales data, manage KPIs, and drive business growth.

Proficient in English (4 skills) and Microsoft Office applications.

Honest, responsible, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Passion for jewelry and gemstones will be an advantage.
