Position - Sales & Marketing Senior Supervisor (M/F - 2 Posts)

Salary - 500,000 MMK ~ 1,000,000 MMK + Meal allowance + Attendance bonus + Sales commission  + Yearly bonus + Ferry

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Thanlyin Township

Job Description:

• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock, coordinating with suppliers, inventory, and overseas purchase management teams.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members for professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Track and analyze sales data to evaluate IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to market development for adjusting sales strategies.

 Job Requirement

• Any graduate with no further study. Must have a degree from a university and be a clear individual in terms of academic background.
• Preferably a diploma in Sales or Marketing Management.
• Preferably with working experience in the Mobile & IT Industry.
• Experience in sales of computer-related equipment, phones, and electrical appliances will be given priority.
• Basic proficiency in English (4 skills) is required. Must be proficient in using computers (Word & Excel), Email, and the Internet.
• Must have good inte Proficiency in both English and Myanmar typing, and the ability to use software and email efficiently.
• Interpersonal skills and be able to work cooperatively with a team.
• Must be able to work in Thanlyin city.
