𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 – 𝟖:𝟑𝟎 𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage and expand sales through retail, channel partners, distributors, dealers, and project customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities.
• Identify potential projects and coordinate with contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to secure business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, estimate budgets and pricing for customized orders based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements with customers and business partners.
• Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) and Sales Invoices accurately and on time.
• Collaborate closely with sales admin, the Production Team and finance to smoothen the sales process
• Travel regularly throughout Upper Myanmar to visit customers, partners, and project sites, and to expand market coverage.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Supervisor.
• At least 5 years of overall experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in Distribution, Construction Materials, Home Decoration, or Building Materials industries is required.
• Experience in the Glass Manufacturing or Glass Distribution industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales, project sales, distribution management, and product marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Upper Myanmar.
