𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Sales Team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Guide and support the Sales Team to provide excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers and regular customers.
• Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service matters.
• Participate in planning and implementing promotions, marketing campaigns, product launches, and showroom events.
• Develop content ideas and support social media marketing activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik -Tok.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to Management.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to improve jewelry product knowledge and sales skills.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Retail industry.
• Candidates with experience in Jewelry, Luxury Retail, Fashion, or Premium Brand industries will be highly preferred.
• Strong skills in Sales, Customer Service, Communication, and Negotiation.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficient in English (4 skills) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Pleasant personality, honest, hardworking, and responsible.
• Able to work collaboratively with team members and perform well under pressure.
• Passionate about Jewelry products and Gemstones will be preferred.
