Position – Sales & Marketing Supervisor (1 Post)

Salary – Up to 800,000 MMK

Business Type – Textile Wholesales Distribution

Working Days – Monday - Saturday

Working Hours – 9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Location – Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market coverage and increase revenue.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers and key accounts.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth product supply.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, sales plans, and performance reports.

• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.

• Train, motivate, and guide team members to improve sales performance and productivity.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Trading or Distribution industries.

• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to provide effective marketing support and execute sales activities proactively.

• Good understanding of products, market trends, and customer needs.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude and commitment to long-term career growth.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
