Position - Sales Representative (M - 1 Post)

Salary - 400,000 MMK ~ 500,000 MMK

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt 

Job Description: 

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and report to Sales Executive.
• Implement sales promotions and incentive programs effectively.
• Visit assigned dealers and retail outlets regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels and timely reorders.
• Handle dealer inquiries, feedback, and resolve minor issues.
• Identify new potential retail points and open new accounts.
• Conduct area mapping and coverage planning.
• Gather competitor activities, pricing, and market trends Ensure in-store product display and branding visibility.
• Support dealers with POS materials and promotional setup.
• Submit daily sales reports, market visit logs, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams as required.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in mobile phone sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Reporting tools).
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
