Job Description:

• Must take responsibility for achieving the sales performance and sales targets of the respective sales team.
• Supervise and manage the Sales Promoters under his/her supervision.
• Must be able to lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Must be able to submit accurate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and sales-related documents to management on time.
• Must be able to maintain and strengthen Customer Relationships for the sales team.
• Responsible for processing Sales Orders and ensuring accurate Cash Collection.
• Must report Daily Sales, Sales Performance, and Stock Demand information to Management in a timely manner.

Job Requirement:

• Must be a university graduate (any discipline).
• Sales & Marketing Management Diploma (preferable) or related certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar field (preferred).
• Experience as a Supervisor in retail sales or showroom operations is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to travel if required.
• Must be able to work well with a team and take responsibility.
