Sales Supervisor (MDY- 2 Posts)

Salary – Up to 1,000,000 MMK

Business – FMCG Distribution (Beverage / Soft Drink), Mini Mart

Working Days & Hours –Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location – Mandalay

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Support the Area Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and distribution plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives and delivery staff to ensure daily sales and coverage targets are met.

• Monitor daily route plans, outlet coverage, and sales performance to maximize productivity.

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at retail outlets (mini marts, shops, etc.).

• Expand and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.

• Ensure effective distribution and availability of beverage products across assigned territories.

• Monitor stock movement, order collection, and delivery coordination with warehouse/logistics team.

• Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends in the beverage/FMCG sector.

• Ensure proper execution of trade promotions, discounts, and merchandising activities.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve field issues related to product supply, delivery, and service.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and field activity reports.

 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum (4) years of experience in FMCG or beverage distribution sales.

• Prior experience managing field sales teams and route operations.

• Strong knowledge of retail distribution channels and territory management.

• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Able to work in field environment and travel within assigned areas.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet sales targets under pressure.

• Experience in soft drink or beverage distribution is highly preferred.
