Position - Sales Supervisor (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 800,000 MMK ~ 1,000,000 MMK + Transportation + Health Insurance + Performance Bonus

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:15 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Yankin Township

Job Description: 

•Lead and supervise the daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met.

•Establish sales strategies to achieve defined Sales Targets & KPIs, and lead the team

effectively.

•Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to drive growth and

report to upper management.

•Prepare and present comprehensive sales data and performance reports using MS Excel or

specified systems to management.

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, dealers, and

distributors.

•Mentor, coach, and provide sales training to the team, keeping them motivated.

Job Requirement

•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data Analysis, Charts, Pivot Tables, Formulas)

and PowerPoint.

•Strong leadership, motivational, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.

•Willingness to travel or possess strong local territory knowledge (if required)

•Age – Under 35
