โ€ข Support the Area Sales Manager in executing monthly and annual sales plans to achieve assigned targets.

โ€ข Supervise and guide sales representatives to ensure daily sales objectives are met.

โ€ข Monitor daily sales activities, route plans, and field performance to maintain productivity.

โ€ข Conduct regular market visits to oversee distribution coverage, product visibility, and promotional execution.

โ€ข Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers.

โ€ข Track competitor activities, pricing changes, and market trends, and report findings to management.

โ€ข Ensure proper implementation of company policies, pricing structures, and trade promotions.

โ€ข Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for review by the Area Sales Manager.

โ€ข Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

โ€ข Coordinate with Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure smooth product availability and timely deliveries.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

โ€ข Minimum (4) years of experience in FMCG sales or distribution.

โ€ข Prior supervisory experience or team handling experience is preferred.

โ€ข Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

โ€ข Strong fieldwork capability and willingness to travel within assigned areas.

โ€ข Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
