Position - Sales Supervisor (M - 5 Posts)

Salary - Up to 500,000 MMK + Other Benefits

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mingalardon Township

Job Description: 

• Assist to strategize and plan sales growth by customer to enhance sales performance.
• Manage daily activities as per sales route and way plan for maximum efficiency.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong communication with the customers.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and preparing sales reports.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
• Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate)
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing Preferred 
• At least 3 years of working experiences in Sales fields (Energy Drink and Purified Water) and (Within FMCG Industry is preferred). 
• Can Drive & Must Have Driving License.
• Must be able to use Computer.
• Good Communication skills and must have teamwork spirit.
• Can work under pressure.
