Position - Sales Supervisor (M/F - 2 Posts)

Salary - Up to 700,000 MMK + Phone Bill Allowance + Ferry + Uniform + Attendance Allowance + Travel Allowance + Incentive

Business - FMCG

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Pyay & Yangon

Job Description: 

• Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets.
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales representatives.
• Assist in setting and implementing sales goals and strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Handle customers in their queries and complaints and be able to solve issues which may arise on ground from time to time
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

Job Requirement

• Any bachelor degree 
• Must have 2 years of experience in the relevant position in the above channels.
• Must have at least 1 year worked in FMCG industries.
• Must have a good understanding of the market situation.
• Must be able to do good reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with the organization and manage subordinates well.
• Must be able to sell to meet the set sales targets
• Good Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to work together long-term.
• Must be able to travel to other regions. (Yangon, Taunggyi, Bago)
