โ€ข Design and deliver impactful sales training programs tailored for B2B, distribution, service-based selling, and business owner/entrepreneur development.

โ€ข Train and coach sales representatives, middle management, owner-level business leaders, and C-level executives on sales strategies, negotiation, account management, and leadership skills.

โ€ข Assess training needs by collaborating closely with sales leadership, owners, and HR.

โ€ข Facilitate workshops, seminars, and role-playing exercises focused on leadership, communication, and customer engagement.

โ€ข Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adapt them based on feedback and sales results.

โ€ข Collaborate with regional sales leaders and business owners to ensure consistent implementation of training initiatives.

โ€ข Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship for continuous growth of sales and leadership skills.

โ€ข Develop training KPIs, track progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

โ€ข Support onboarding and skill development for new sales hires and business owners.

โ€ข Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new sales technologies.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (Masterโ€™s preferred).

โ€ข Experience training and coaching business owners, entrepreneurs, and executive leadership.

โ€ข 5+ years of experience in sales coaching, training delivery, or sales enablement.

โ€ข Proven experience in B2B sales, distribution, and service selling.

โ€ข Strong understanding of corporate learning methodologies and adult learning principles.

โ€ข Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.

โ€ข Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
