Position - Scheduling Manager/Scheduling Supervisor (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 1,200,000 MMK +Training + Travel opportunities + Ph bill allowance

Working Days & Hours - Mon to Fri (Sat - Depend on Workload) (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Sanchanung Township

Job Description: 

• Achieve a 65% efficacy ratio (total minutes of actual servicing / shift length) for YGN and MDY.
• Ensure that all vehicles are scheduled to operate within their designated areas only (designated areas to be agreed with management at the outset)
• Structure the schedule to keep overtime hours to an absolute minimum.
• Constant adjustment of scheduling to ensure maximum hours of service delivery out of every shift.
• Handle changes to the schedule in a timely manner and communicate resultant notifications to Supervisors, either via MFS or by telephone.
• Ensure that all incoming calls are answered between 8: 30 AM and 17: 30 PM on weekdays and Saturdays.
• Management of scheduling and team deployment.
• Software and administrative management. Ensuring client details are up to date.
• Working closely with Sales, Customer Relationship Management and operation teams.
• Answering all email and telephone enquiries.

Job Requirement

• Any Bachelor Degree
• 3-4 years’ work experience mandatory (not necessarily in the same field)
• Language - fluent in both spoken and written Myanmar and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Microsoft Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• Handling pressure and multi-tasking.
• Excellent mental arithmetic.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Good spatial awareness and sense of direction.
• High level of Attention to detail and good grasp of the geography of both Yangon and the other locations where company operate.
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
