โ€ข Bachelor's or Masterโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.

โ€ข Certified coaching credentials or facilitation experience is a plus.

โ€ข 5+ years of consulting or strategic HR/OD experience, ideally with local and/or international project exposure.

โ€ข Proven expertise in: Organizational development and change, Leadership and team development, Training design and delivery, Cultural and people transformation, Strong analytical skills; able to work with Excel, SPSS, Power BI, and other data tools.

โ€ข Excellent communication skills in English and Myanmar (written and spoken).

โ€ข Strong project management and client-facing consulting skills.
