โ€ข Own the full customer journey from onboarding to long-term success, including upselling and renewals.

โ€ข Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication, check-ins, and support.

โ€ข Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial documents as needed.

โ€ข Manage the entire sales process: discovery, solution fit, proposal, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.

โ€ข Understand client goals and match them with the right product or service offerings.

โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams (sales, training, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.

โ€ข Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and usage.

โ€ข Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and retention.

โ€ข Collect client feedback to help improve products and services.

โ€ข 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales.

โ€ข Strong sales drive with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

โ€ข Excellent English communication skillsโ€”spoken and written.

โ€ข Strong proposal writing and commercial presentation skills.

โ€ข Able to manage a full sales cycle independently.

โ€ข Deep understanding of product features, value propositions, and how they solve client problems.

โ€ข Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

โ€ข High attention to detail, follow-through, and client care.
