Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and SOPs in line with labor laws and company goals.
- Standardize processes related to recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, discipline, performance reviews, and termination.
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures adhere to Myanmar labor laws
- Design and implement department-wise and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with department heads to align KPIs with business objectives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on performance trends; recommend improvements or corrective actions.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and skill gap analyses.
- Design annual training plans (technical, soft skills, compliance, etc.).
- Source or coordinate with external/internal trainers. Monitor training effectiveness and ROI.
- Supervise and mentor junior HR staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to support HR team development.
- Ensure smooth daily HR operations (payroll, recruitment, employee relations, etc.).
- Act as an advisor to management on HR-related matters.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
- Work closely with the admin department on shared responsibilities (office policies, safety, employee engagement, etc.).
- Coordinate on tasks such as event planning, facility support, and compliance
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and employment standards.
- Excellent understanding of HR systems, processes, and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership and team management ability.
- Solid analytical skills in KPI setting and performance measurement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Myanmar and proficient in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
