Position -Senior Marketing Executive ( M/F- 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 800,000 MMK + Transportation + Medical Benefits+Others Benefits 

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Job Description:

• Planned, coordinated, and executed a variety of events, product launches and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of event.

• Manage event budgets, logistics and timelines, take ownership of marketing projects, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Develop project plans, set goals, and monitor progress to achieve objectives.

• Act as the main point of contact for project-related communications and contribute to the development of overall marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and externa partners to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns & events.

• Provide regular reports and insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and manage marketing budgets for events and projects.

• Support other marketing functions as needed.

Job Requirement

• 5 years and above work experiences in Marketing Field

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or Any bachelor’s degree

• High level of computer literacy, in particular with MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good command of English (Writing + Speaking)

• Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms.

• Customer service mindset and attitude, Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical mindset & critical thinking

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
