Position - Senior Sales Executive (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - 1,200,000 MMK ~ 1,500,000 MMK + Ferry + Phone Bill
Business - Logistics
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Location - Yangon
Job Description:
- Improve company’s market position, achieve financial growth and reach sales target
- Identify prospects, pursue them and ultimately convert them into customers
- Initiate own sales calls and generate weekly sales reports
- Interact, develop and maintain relationship with subcontractors like carriers, trucking companies, custom agents etc.
- Source of rates from carriers, hauliers, KLN offices and worldwide agents
- Report, document and update all sales activities with KLN’s CRM system as well as Management
- Understand and adhere to company’s policies including but not limited to code of conduct, anticorruption, IT rules, accounting rules and compliance guidelines
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business
- Research and Identify target shipments, projects and clients
- Generate business for the company
- Generate profit in line with set KPIs
- Prepare sales planning, and forecasting activities
Job Requirement:
- Any graduate and preferred diploma/ certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- 5 years of experience in similar position within Freight Forwarding Industry
- Preferred Import/ Export knowledge and experience
- Mobility to travel within Myanmar or Overseas if needed
- Self-starter with immediate impact on business growth
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in Burmese and English, both verbal and written
- Positive, pro-active and excellent team player
- Self-driven, motivated and confident for sales marketing
- Keen to learn
- Flexible and willing to assist other department or conduct other duties that are considered necessary in respect of your employment to fulfil company requirements.
