โ€ข Lead the establishment and expansion of the aquaculture business as the company is newly entering this sector.
โ€ข Identify potential markets, distributors, and key customers.
โ€ข Build and develop a strong sales network and customer base.
โ€ข Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development.
โ€ข Work closely with management to define business direction and growth strategy.
โ€ข Recruit, train, and manage the sales team as the business expands.
โ€ข Organize technical seminars, farm visits, and promotional activities to support market development.
โ€ข Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market updates for management.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
โ€ข Minimum 10โ€“13 years of experience in the aquaculture, aquafeed, or a related industry.
โ€ข Proven experience in business development and market establishment (highly preferred).
โ€ข Strong industry network with distributors, farmers, or aquaculture stakeholders.
โ€ข Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
โ€ข Proficient in English (required).
