Position - Showroom Assistant Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 900,000 MMK ~ 1,200,000 MMK

Business - Manufacturing

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mandalay 

Job Requirement

• Any Graduated / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in showroom sales or retail management, preferably in FMCG/Drinking Water/Consumer Products.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Result-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to conduct field visits, collect customer insights, and follow up directly with clients.
• Good command of English and Myanmar (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
