Position - Solar Mall Sales  (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 300,000 MMK + Attendance allowance after the three-month probation period

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)

Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township

Job Description: 

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the solar mall, providing information about solar products and services offered by the company.
• Educate customers about the benefits and features of various solar products, including panels, inverters, batteries, and other related accessories.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable solar solutions based on their energy needs, budget, and preferences.
• Demonstrate the functionality of solar products and answer any questions or concerns raised by customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the solar mall.
  
  

Job Requirement

• Any Graduate; additional education or training in sales or renewable energy is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and products is advantageous but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers effectively.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach to selling.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and accessing product information.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the company's schedule
