Position - Solution Sales Manager (M/F - 1 Post)

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
Location - Bahan Township
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling different customers and be able to provide the technical solutions as per customer requirements
- Act as the prime business relationship manager for the key business stakeholder for the portfolio (such as Datacom, Optical, Data Center Facilities, Storage etc.)
- Responsibility for commercial sales strategies, key project operations, and industry influence
- Being able to determine, and develop, the business value of any solution, and how it could be extended
- Responsible to provide technical analysis for plan corrections to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws
- Design processes to attain goals and target reporting metrics and KPI's.
- Responsible to understand current industry trends and consumer insights
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Have knowledge in ICT products such as Datacom, Storage, Optical, Data center facilities
- Intuitive to customer’s needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Self-motivated and passionate to serve the customers
- Have positive attitude, trustworthy and good team player
- Strong computer skills including word, excel, PowerPoint
- Good command in English/Chinese language
- Be able to work under pressure and tight timeline
