Job Description

• Preparing spare parts list of fast-moving parts and medium-moving parts for genset models.

• Inquiry spare parts pricing and preparing purchase order.

• Operate oversea and local purchasing process for genuine parts, OEM parts and aftermarket parts.

• Control warehouse spare parts stock list and monthly stock checking.

% Manage warehouse spare parts storage and handle warehouse management software system.

• Preparing oversea and local supplier list.

* Preparing spare parts price list.

% Preparing yearly spare parts budget plan.

• Operate quotation, Invoicing and delivery order process.

• Handle customers' inquiries for spare parts stock and pricing and follow up customers to achieve spare parts sales.

* Other duties assigned by technical Service Manager.

Requirement

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- 3 years and above experience in the parts and service business relative to generator.

- Fluent in English 4 Skill.

- Good communication and people skills.
