Job Description: 

Primary responsibilities 

• Ensure that all customer requests and enquiries are handled in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and cover all Health & Nutrition Services (20%).
• Act as Section Head of back-office operation to be in line with Local & Group guidelines. (40%) 
• Be a requestor of Lab, NR-Min and I&E business’s i-procurement process and i-expense for all lab staffs. (40%)

Responsibilities

• Respond to service inquiry timely and accurately.  
• Conduct sales presentations (if require) and record results of all sales visit. 
• Follow up all quotation/ proposals weekly basis and record of the results of such. Liaison with all stakeholders for effectiveness of sales and job attendance.
• Identify cold call list, potential market in zone and industrial sector or specific product and reporting to Manager. 
• Conduct market survey and analyze for new service implementation. 
• Review all reports and proforma invoice to comply with client’s order and confirm to issue final documents. Follow up the payment if required.  
• Ensure all weekly /monthly reports are accurate and on-time. 
• Report to Manager of any client complaints, any system problems inefficiencies and assist on investigation and resolving those problem and issues.  
• Liaise with the Manager in implementation of New Service, Quality Management System, 
• Sops, instrument calibration scheme and ensure that all activity takes place accordingly. 

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related business / field. 
• Minimum Degree of any Graduates 
• Basic computer knowledge & English language 4 skills
