Position - Tele Sales/ Customer Service (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 300,000 MMK ~ 450,000 MMK (Negotiation)

Business - Product Distribution

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township

Job Responsibilities (JR):

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and with patience.
• Explain products or services to customers and assist with order placements.
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, sales, and feedback.
• Maintain a positive and polite attitude in all communications.
• Perform data entry for customer records, sales transactions, and reports
• Respond to customer messages via phone, email, or social platforms.
• Prepare documents, type and reply in both Myanmar and English.
• Support general office operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, tele sales, or office work.
• Good communication skills and a patient, friendly personality.
• Proficient in computer use (Microsoft Office, email, basic data entry).
• Able to type in both Myanmar and English efficiently.
• Basic sales knowledge or interest in sales is a plus.
• Team player with good time management and multitasking skills.
