Position - Tele Sales (M/F - 2 Posts)

Salary - Up to 300,000 MMK + Sale Incentive

Business - Distribution (Holding)

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Dagon Seikkan Township

Job Description: 

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management to improve strategies and processes.

Job Requirement

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
