Salary - Up to 300,000 MMK + Sale Incentive

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
Location - Dagon Seikkan Township
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management to improve strategies and processes.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
