𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Make cold and warm calls to potential customers every day.

• Present and explain training programs clearly and persuasively over the phone.

• Handle objections, answer questions, and push for follow-ups or conversion.

• Conduct regular follow-up with leads and maintain detailed call records.

• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.

• Book appointments or demos for senior sales or product teams, when needed.

• Update lead status in CRM or tracking sheets accurately.

• Maintain professional communication with potential customers via phone, email, or chat.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 1 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or lead generation preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).

• Good spoken English and clear communication.

• Comfortable with cold calling and talking to strangers.

• Basic sales skills and a willingness to learn and improve.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools (basic training will be provided).
