Position – Tele Sales (M/F - 3 Posts)
Salary – Up to 500,000 MMK
Business – Apple Authorized Service Provider
Working Days – Monday to Saturday
Working Hours – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location – Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township
Job Description:
• Make daily outbound calls to assigned dealers and retail partners.
• Promote new models, product features, and special offers.
• Receive and confirm orders through phone calls or messaging channels.
• Coordinate order processing with the logistics and warehouse teams.
• Maintain strong, friendly, and professional communication with all active dealers.
• Follow up on pending payments, stock updates, and promotions.
• Inform dealers of stock availability, price changes, and upcoming launches.
• Gather feedback from dealers regarding product quality and market demand.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tele sales targets.
• Support the field sales team to reach overall regional targets.
• Identify inactive or low-selling outlets and encourage reactivation.
• Prepare daily call reports and order summaries.
• Update dealer information and maintain contact databases.
• Report competitor activities and customer insights to Sales Executive.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional announcements and campaign follow-ups.
• Provide information on warranty, product specs, and after-sales contacts.
• Handle customer or dealer inquiries professionally and escalate complex cases.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification (Business, Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good phone etiquette, persuasive speaking ability, and active listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to multitask, organize, and meet daily call volume targets.
• Enthusiastic, disciplined, and result-oriented attitude.
