Salary - 600,000 MMK ~ 800,000 MMK
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)
Location - Mandalay

Job Description :

-Develop a schedule to assess training needs.

-Track and compile collected data.

-Communicate training needs and online resources.

-Test and review created materials.

-Collect and survey competitor data.

-Create training strategies, initiatives and materials.

Job Requirement :

-Any graduated.

-Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office Tools.

-Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.

-Can accept long-term business trip.

-Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

-Able to work under pressure.
