Position - Training Officer (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - 800,000 MMK ~ 1,000,000 MMK + Ferry Provided

Business - Financial Services

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Location - Tamwe Township

Job Description: 

  • Assist the Training Team to develop an annual training plan. 
  • Assist to develop, implement, and conduct internal training & new staff induction programs. 
  • Assist to review and evaluate the training program its effectiveness and report on it to the Training Manager with comments, suggestion, and plan of action. 
  • Prepare training materials such as manuals, guides, handouts, and visual aids so that participants can understand easily and able to use those materials properly. 
  • Assist to conduct field level training on new and updated curricula. 
  • Assist to prepare post-training impact evaluation to determine training effectiveness and update data to system. 
  • Coordinate with relevant co-trainer to provide regional training. 
  • Assist the Training Manager to coordinate with all department for prepare the orientation training. 
  • Encourage participants on discussion and respect to other’s ideas and able to put own idea clearly. 
  • Maintain and update training calendars and records in the LMS or HR systems.  
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory training requirements.  
  • Coordinate the scheduling, booking, and setup of training venues and virtual platforms. 
  • Manage participant communications including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups. 
  • Arrange catering, travel, and accommodation for trainers or attendees as needed. 
  • Stay up to date with developments in training tools, trends, and techniques. 
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by Training Manager. 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field. 
  • Certification in Training & Development is an advantage. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and  LMS, 
  • Preferably in strong practical knowledge of microfinance operations or banking, or Financial Service sector. 
  • Experience in digital training tools ,e- learning platforms and blended learning. 
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) in local language. 
  • Training content development and instructional design. 
  • Interpersonal, mobilization and motivation skills. 
  • Ability to travel frequently to branches. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
