Position - Admin Executive (F - 1 Post)

Salary - Up to 400,000 MMK 

Business - Furniture 

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM), Sat (9:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM)

Location - Mayangone Township

Job Responsibilities

• Management of overall safety and security of the showroom/office.

• Ensure cleaning and hygienic matter of the showroom.

• Supervise Leaves record , Attendance report & Finger Print.

• Submit and reconcile expense reports ( Fuel consumption , building maintenance )

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

• Make travel and meeting arrangements , prepare reports, reconcile with various departments , submit and prepare payment requests and maintain appropriate filing systems.

• Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

• Performing other relevant duties when needed.

• Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records

• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

Job Requirements

• Excellent command over English, both written and verbal

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• High level of expertise in MS Office Suite is required

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure
