Position - Admin Specialist (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiate

Business - Mobile Industry

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)

Location - Bahan Township

Job Description:


1. Manage and monitor fleet supplier to optimize vehicle usage, to ensure all the staff requirements being arrange on time according to SLA. To improve rules and regulation of fleet management.


2. Keep proper record on analysis of vehicle’s expenses (rent, fuel costs, overtime, etc) and reporting to management.


3. Develop, improve company’s shuttle routine, fuel baseline. Implementation IT tools to optimize vehicle expenses management.


4. Involve in spot checks base on contract KPI, responsible on the acceptance of vehicle’s quality and quantity as well as the performance of the fleet supplier.


5. Respond and resolve staff complaint; Responsible for the daily vehicle management and evaluation of vehicle dispatchers and drivers.


6. Experience in vehicle maintenance, insurance, incident handling and keep proper maintenance records.


7. Conduct monthly EHS assessment and safety training base on the checklist to ensure the safety of the vehicle and driver’s driving behavior.


8. Develop, improve and publicity vehicle management-related processes. Develop supplier assessment methods and standards, and analyze the points that need to be improved, and urge suppliers to implement relevant rectification measures.


9. Other ad-hoc task requested by Admin Director.



Job Requirement:


1. Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Management field or equivalent.


2. Able to carry out admin module routine work independently, handle staff’s complaints, execute management plans and implement on-site service SLA.


3. Fresh Graduate  or  3 year(s) of working experience in administration management, fleet management, finance, or procurement management is preferred.


4. Good interpersonal skills, cooperation and coordination capability.


5. Able to analyze data or prepare report in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.


6. Must be proficient in Chinese.
