Position - Assistant Sales Admin (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 400,000 MMK + Attendance allowance after the three-month probation period

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township
Job Description:
- Coordinate and follow up on customer orders for solar products.
- Manage and track customer payments, ensuring timely receipt of funds.
- Reconcile customer goods and payments, resolving any discrepancies.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and payment reminders.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in English and Burmese languages.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry and renewable energy technologies is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
