Position - Assistant Manager - Administration (F - 1 Post)
Salary - Up to 1,500,000 MMK

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM)

Duty & Responsibility:
- Support the Administration Manager with responsibility for the overall management of administration activities of the organization
- Monitoring performance and development of the admin team members
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Managing branch office contract renewal, renovation and stamp duty tax
- Managing the organization’ purchasing activities and branches facilities providing
- Make sure monitoring Visa, FRC and Form C process
- Ensuring the office stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Working with the management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings and conferences
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Age under 30 year
- Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Must be fluent in English written and verbal.
