Job Description: 

• Oversee all production operations to ensure factories meet daily and monthly output targets within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor production schedules, workflows, and capacity planning to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and industry compliance regulations.
• Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management to align production goals with overall business objectives.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and adherence to workplace safety standards.                                              

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile is a plus.
• 8-10 year experience.
• Proven experience as a senior operations leader in textile / garment manufacturing, with a strong focus on production management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and meet production targets.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple factories and production lines while ensuring smooth operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
