𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – 𝐁𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐧

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Take overall charge of all the enquiries, complaints & requests from clients in any kinds of communications.
• Control the hotline number and Helpdesk email, update all requests into the log issue and Report to Operations Manager.
• Daily morning checks the office situation including cleaning, stationery, pantry, office facilities.
• Deal with subcontractors, including cleaning services, security services, indoor & outdoor services, pest control services.
• Follow up the complaints and coordinate with team members.
• Compose announcements in dual languages with Client approval.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
• Proficient in Chinese language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and translation.
• Good command of English in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain accuracy in work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good time management skills with flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
