Position - Customer Service Executive (M/F - 1 Post)

Salary - Negotiable

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)

Location - Bahan Township, Yangon

Job Descriptions

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms

· Identify and solve issues using ethical and professional methods

· Assist with requirement and collaborate with the Operations Team

· Communicate with customers using various channels

· Use our CRM tool to manage customer relationships

. Able to work team work and communication skill

. Able to multitask and system related knowledge


Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree

• Working Knowledge of CRM & MS Office

• Minimum Two Years of Experience in Telecom or Service Industry

• Hands on experience for creating HMS testing and VOC analysis reports

• Excellence customer service mind-set, good attitude, interpersonal skill and valued teamwork

• Requirement for Basic English (Writing/reading)
