Job Description:

  1. Handling customer complaint and customer inquiries of company’ product and service
  2. Report and prepare of customer complain and feedback summary
  3. Communicating with other departments to smoothen the process
  4. Follow up the customers and doing weekly customer sales inquiry report

 

Job Requirement

  1. BE (Electrical/ Mechanical), Engineering degree prefer
  2. More than 2 years working experience of customer service practice
  3. Computer (Email, Word, Excel and Power Point)
  4. English 4 skills (Intermediate Level) and good personality
