Position - Construction Manager (M- 1 Post)

Salary- Up to 2,000,000 MMK + *Transportation + *Medical Benefits+ *Others Benefits 

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~5:30 PM)

Location - Thanlyin Township

Job Description:

• Manage the construction site set up plan and monitoring day to day activities of the site.

• Liaise with authorities and designers in preparation and coordination of authorities’ submissions.

• Planning and coordination with contractors for day to day running of construction activities.

• Assist project manager for preparation details schedule and monitoring accordingly.

• Overall, supervision and coordination of General foreman area of responsibilities and the allocation of work areas.

• Liaise with contractors and consultants as needed and record project activities and data collection for all tasks.

• Preparation of weekly/monthly report of construction related sections.

• Ensure that all as-built drawings from main contractor supporting each project are received andorganized in an efficient manner.

• Mange, track and document all phases of construction projects, from the planning and layout designs through to final handover.

• Assists project manager for reviewing and certifying the payment certificates for the contractors.

• Conduct handing over inspection 7 records the defect.

• Issue the defect notification & follow up with the record and monitoring of rectification works.

• Assign duty to the team members and mentoring the engineers regarding engineering and ethics.

• Able to perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by Management Team

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering & construction management

• 10 years and above experienced in related field or engineering & Construction management field

• Diploma in Civil or others and related experienced with over 10 years

• High level of computer literacy, in particular with Microsoft Office and Proficiency Auto Card 2D/3D and Microsoft Project

• A good standard of written English including a good understanding of Contractual terms and their implications and obligations.

• Prefer construction & project management certification.

• Require riding Motorcycle skillfully on project site.

• Intermediate command in English

• Positive Attitude to work and able to work under pressure.
