Position - Contract Specialist (M/F - 1 Post)
Salary - Salary Negotiate
Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday (9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM)
Location - Bahan Township

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

- During contract fulfillment period, involved in and responsible for contract fulfillment management including contract change, contract handover, contract Risk Management, invoicing management, and speed up billing and payment collection.
- Monitor contract fulfillment status process, Track and monitor the whole process from Purchaser Order receiving to Purchaser Order confirmation and contract change.
- Provide end to end contract fulfillment supporting platform, Maintain the Invoicing Billing trigger plan, Update billing trigger plan in time. 

Candidate Requirements:

- Have a good command of basic telecom knowledge. Familiar with the basic knowledge of commercial, legal and financial affairs;

- Have contract reading, writing, and reviewing skills, communication skills, and billing-related knowledge and skills. Familiar with sales operation skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills, strong driving force and execution ability; Careful and responsible; It has strong pressure resistance.

- Experience in sales contract negotiation is preferred.

- Good at Chinese Language.
