โ€ข Welcome customers as per manufactures and Company customer service standardsย 

โ€ข Perform complete intakes following the specific checklists, checking the products conditions, pre repair photos, accessory collection, customer authorizations and signatures, physical inspection etc.ย 

โ€ข Communicate service expectations openly such as TAT, Policies, out of warranty charges etc

โ€ข Validate warranty, extended care, insurance, consumer law, coverage restrictions in the toolsย 

โ€ข Create repair cases accurately, attach mandatory pictures and diagnostic information.ย 

โ€ข Follow the manufacturerโ€™s workflow for repairs, returns DOA, replacement requests, OW estimates.

โ€ข Provide timely updates on repair status, part delays, pickup readiness, or escalations.ย 

โ€ข Manage customer queue and appointments professionally.ย 

โ€ข Communicate technical details clearly in consultation with technicians.ย 

โ€ข Handle customer concerns and escalate appropriately.ย 

โ€ข Maintain manufacturerโ€™s required reception layout, cleanliness, and brand representation.ย 

โ€ข Ensure all customer signatures, disclaimers, and documents are captured accurately.ย 

โ€ข Protect customer data privacyโ€”no unauthorized access or data handling.ย 

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:

โ€ข Any Degree graduates

โ€ข At least 3yrs experience in customer service field.

โ€ข Mobile repair environment is desirable.ย 

โ€ข Strong communication skills in native language and English (Intermediate Level)ย 

โ€ข Problem solving, collaborative, leadership, communication.ย
