• Respond to client inquiries and service requests through professional chat platforms.

• Relay clear instructions from clients to the internal operations team to ensure tasks are completed.

• Provide the status updates to clients to keep them informed of the work progress.

• Maintain a polite and helpful tone in all written English correspondence.

• Help the operations team by gathering necessary information or documents from the client via chat.

• Keep basic records of client conversations for internal review and follow-up.

• Report any client concerns or recurring issues to the supervisor immediately.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Any degree graduate/ graduate looking for entry-level experience.

• Good written English skills, with the ability to chat clearly and professionally.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with chat apps, email, and social media platforms.

• Ability to work independently from home with a stable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.

• Willingness to work 9 hours per day and on public holidays (with 2 off-days per week).

• Fast learner who can follow operational workflows and team guidelines.

• Patient and friendly attitude when communicating with clients through text.

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to stay focused during remote shifts.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure client messages are recorded accurately.

• Positive mindset and a willingness to support the operations team.
