Location - Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township
Key Requirements
- Open to fresher and recent graduates
- Excellent written communication skills in English is a must.
- Fast and accurate typing skills is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and chat-based platforms is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat inquiries at once.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat in timely and professional manner (English Language Only)
- Assist customers in tracking and resolving transaction-related concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve deposit and withdrawal issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow established support processes
